Savage Falls
This waterfall is located near a town that was originally settled as a Swiss
town in the early 1800's. There are still people in the area with Swiss names.
This waterfall is accessable only by hiking about 4 miles. There is a nice campsite
nearby where you can hear the rumble of the falls at night. At the base of the
falls you can see my friend's head in the water. He is swimming into the current
at the base of the falls. This picture was taken right after coffee in the morning.
What a way to wake up.
